October to March (Winter) is the best time for a full-day safari in Jawai. During these months, the weather is pleasant and comfortable for a 12-hour outdoor drive. Wildlife, including leopards and migratory birds at Jawai Dam, are also most active and easily spotted.
Unlike short 3-hour safaris that focus on just one area, the full-day package gives you access to all major safari zones in Jawai.
Breakfast and lunch are included in your package and served during comfortable breaks throughout the day. In the evening, we host a sunset High Tea at a scenic sundowner spot.
Packaged mineral water bottles are not included in the package cost. We recommend carrying your own reusable water bottles or purchasing bottled water prior to departure.

- Advance or full payment will be required for the safari confirmation.

Cancellation & Refund Timeline
We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your private safari booking, our standard refund schedule applies based on how many days prior to the safari date your request is submitted:

Rescheduling & Modification Policy
- If you wish to change your safari date or timing, we will try our best to accommodate your request.
- Rescheduling requests must be shared via Email or WhatsApp at least 72 hours before the original safari timing.
- All safari changes are subject to vehicle availability.
Force Majeure & Special Cancellations
- In rare situations such as heavy rain, flash floods, unsafe weather conditions, or sudden government/forest department restrictions, the safari may be canceled for person safety.
- In such cases, persons can choose either a 100% refund or free rescheduling to another available date.
- Leopard sightings depend completely on natural wildlife movement. Although Jawai has a very high leopard sighting success rate, sightings cannot be guaranteed on every safari.
- Refunds cannot be claimed in case leopard sightings do not happen during the safari.
