Refund amounts depend on how far in advance you cancel, calculated from your safari date and time.

Refunds are processed manually by our team to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days of approval.
Any pickup & drop or add-on charges are refunded under the same slab as the safari fare. Payment gateway fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.
Safaris cancelled by us due to weather or forest-department closures are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.
